1. Blows Warm Air When Running

You should feel cool air blowing from the vents when your AC system runs. If the air is lukewarm or you don't feel any air moving, a problem needs fixing. You might have a refrigerant leak, a bad blower motor, or another problem making it impossible for your air conditioner to do its job. Until fixed, your home won't be as comfortable as it should be on hot days.

2. Leaks Water Into Your Home

AC systems commonly produce condensation that flows out of a drainage tube. That tube might be clogged, blocked, or damaged and cause the water to flow into your home instead of draining away from it.
